The Services are hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides the website platform but is not the seller of the products listed on this site.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell handmade ceramic products. Because items are handcrafted, variations in colour, glaze, texture, size and finish are a natural part of the making process and are not considered defects.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

All sales are for the described product and does not include the items used for display and sizing purposes, such as lamps, books or rings etc.

3. Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments are processed through Squarespace’s supported payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a refund using the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Because our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
